We pride ourselves on being the youngest and most fun club in town. Our location is perfect for accessing the lakes and the best trails in the Twin Cities metro, but we are also conveniently located near the many bars and restaurants of Uptown Minneapolis.
Here's a sample of how we enjoy one another's company outside of running:
- After our Thursday runs in the summer, we often go to happy hour at Stella's to enjoy the rooftop bar, or we go to Roat Osha for their great patio.
- This past Memorial Day weekend, we hosted a Memorial Day Pub Run followed by a barbeque at Coach Paul's. (A pub run is similar to a pub crawl, but it incorporates jogging between bars—trust us, it's fun!)
- We held a 5-stop progressive party this summer, hosted by some of our runners living in Uptown.
- We recently hosted a Fall Marathon Celebration with themed drinks to toast all of the different marathons our runners finished this fall training season.
- Our runners frequently go out to brunch after Saturday long runs.
- About twice a year, we plan pub crawls in the Uptown area. We are considering venturing downtown for our next one.
Even if we don't have a special event planned, our runners often hang out together on weekends.
